Non-Circumvention Notice

Terms that protect introductions made through Valora.

Agreement
By accessing confidential information, the user agrees not to directly or indirectly contact, approach, negotiate with or transact with any business owner, shareholder, employee, landlord, supplier, customer, franchise brand, buyer, investor or strategic party introduced by Valora without Valora's prior written approval.

Prohibited conduct
• Sharing opportunities without permission.
• Forwarding confidential documents.
• Contacting the seller directly.
• Visiting the business without approval.
• Contacting employees.
• Contacting the landlord.
• Contacting customers or suppliers.
• Using another broker to bypass Valora.
• Completing a transaction outside Valora following an introduction.

Breach
Breach of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access, removal from the platform and further remedies available under applicable law.
